About FLIHI
FLIHI was established by James Wu in 1989. The company prides itself on quality, innovation and the flexibility to meet clients’ requirements. The modern and spacious 57 000sq ft factory houses all departments and functions.
The Production Management department ensures orders are met on time, flexing schedules across every department to facilitate client needs for reprioritized products. We do this in open dialogue with our clients, which builds trust and maintains a harmonious and productive working relationship.
All our machines, from 50 to 450 tons, use industry-leading injection technology. All our plant, including our precision mould development machines, are sourced from Japan and Germany.
FLIHI offers a comprehensive product planning service from proposal to production. For instance, our service areas have product and interface design, prototyping and engineering services as well as green industry cloud service.
FliHi consists of three manufacturing departments, research and development, mould development and injection moulding. Moreover, FliHi also provides product processing services such as printing, painting, stamping and assembly simplifying and reducing supply chain costs. Our quality assurance team are the most demanding in the industry.
FliHi business development covers OEM (original equipment manufacturer), ODM (original design manufacturer and OBM (original brand manufacturer).
Over the years, our clients have come to value our standards of quality and service. They have even taken the time to say so.
However, James Wu is never fully satisfied. His ongoing investment in robotics, computerization, 3-D printing capability and other standard-setting innovation all works together to keep FliHi at the forefront of our industry.
FliHi’s Sales Manager is Daphne Wu, the daughter of our founder, James Wu. Keen to expand the business overseas, Daphne chose Scotland in 2015 to study for a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Stirling; she graduated with distinction!
